Our Mission
The mission of the Friends of Prince Memorial Library (FPML) is to raise funds to expand, enhance, and support library programs, events, and services for our community.

The Friends of the Prince Memorial Library (PML) is a nonprofit organization supported by the generosity of people in our community. Your kind gifts enhance library programming and services that are beyond the allotted town budget.
Museum and Park Passes
Did you know that FPML provides library patrons with low or no-cost passes to local museums? We also provide state park passes, good for a carful of park visitors. Check with librarians for pass availability and check out procedures.

October Book Sale
Every October, FPML hosts an amazing used book sale with literally thousands of books sorted into topics including fiction, biography, history and politics, cookbooks, parenting and so much more. Books are in excellent or very good used condition (no rips, tears, stains or water damage) and the prices cannot be beat.

Children's Book Sale and Valentine Party
This event draws families and kids of all ages to browse excellent quality picture books, chapter books, and young adult fiction, and to make valentines and eat sweet Valentine's Treats. Hope to see you in February.

Book and Puzzle Sales
All year long, FPML hosts an on-going book and puzzle sale in the front hall. The selection is updated frequently so there is always an excellent selection of books (in very good and excellent condition) to choose. This is a great place to find a vacation read or a selection of books for camp. Check it out!
